FitNotes CSV import

How to read the result

Check a FitNotes workout export before moving your history. The notes below show the assumptions behind that recommendation.

What this checker looks for

Jacked requires Date and Exercise columns. The checker also identifies supported kilogram or pound loads, reps, distance, duration, and notes.

Strength and cardio rows

FitNotes exports can contain lifting, bodyweight, timed, and distance rows. Blank weight or rep cells are not automatically errors when a row records cardio or another supported set type.

Privacy implementation

The CSV is parsed in your browser. Nothing is uploaded by this web tool. Keep the original export untouched until the in-app import is verified.

Date formats

ISO dates are the clearest option. Slash dates need an unambiguous day and month order so the workout lands on the intended date.

Short answers

Is my FitNotes CSV uploaded?

No. This page parses the CSV in your browser and does not send it to a server.

Does a clean check guarantee the import?

No. It checks the file shape. Import a copy in Jacked and review dates, main lifts, custom exercises, and cardio rows before relying on the history.

Jacked turns your training history into next-set targets, RIR tracking, rest timing, smart warm-ups, PRs, and progress feedback.

Method, assumptions, and privacy

Method

Parses the FitNotes CSV locally in the browser and checks the required Date and Exercise columns plus supported lifting, cardio, and note fields.

Assumptions

FitNotes exports and edited CSV files can vary. This is a file-shape check; verify dates, exercises, and set details in Jacked after import.

Privacy

The CSV is parsed in your browser. Nothing is uploaded. No account required. No server storage.

Check the method before you trust the number. Bad inputs still produce tidy-looking outputs.

This is one set.

Jacked does it for your whole workout: next-set targets, RIR, rest timing, warm-ups, PRs, and progress feedback.
