Frequently Asked Questions

How do I start a workout?

Open Today and start the planned session, or go to Train to start or resume the current workout. Jacked keeps the live workout focused on set logging, rest timing, exercise swaps, and the next useful set.

Why would Jacked show a deload?

Jacked should only push deload guidance when the current block has enough completed training and the mesocycle is far enough along. Today and Plan show the block week, completed workouts, logged sets, and deload status so you can see the reason instead of guessing.

How do I swap an exercise I do not have in my gym?

In a live workout, use the swap control on the exercise card. Jacked shows close alternatives first so you can replace a machine, cable, dumbbell, or barbell variant without rebuilding the whole session.

How does progression work?

Jacked looks at recent load, reps, and RIR. When your logged sets show that you are handling the target range with enough reserve, it can suggest adding load or reps next time. The goal is clear next-set guidance, not blind automatic jumps.

Can I import from Hevy?

Yes. Jacked includes a Hevy import path for workouts, routines, measurements, exercise notes, and set context so your training history can help your next block.

Where is my data stored?

Workout data is stored locally on your device. Jacked does not run a user-account server for your workout history. See the privacy policy for the full data handling summary.

How do I restore purchases?

Open Jacked Settings and use the purchase restore option. Apple handles payments and subscription status through your Apple ID.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Use the export option in Settings to keep a copy of your workout history.
